If your client is or has previously been on claim for Income Protection or Business Expenses, you can request an email copy of their PAYG Payment Summary or Annual Benefit Payment Letter through our online request form. Please note – We can only issue a digital copy of your client’s statement after the “Available by” date listed on the taxtime.mlcinsurance.com.au webpage.
